Finishing your products to the highest standard
Our dedicated finishing department allows us to finish your products to a high standard in order to meet your specifications
Our experienced team have the ability to finish exhaust products with a high temperature paint which is able to withstand temperatures of up to 600°c. This paint is applied using our tracked paint line and stoved in our purpose built stoving oven to ensure a high quality finish.
Should heat resistance not be a requirement, a range of decorative coatings can be applied, again if required these finishes can be stoved on or force dried ready for dispatch.
Labelling and marking options
Wide range of part identification methods
Once your products are finished, we offer a range of labelling/marking options from high temperature adhesive labels, which can contain QR code markings for traceability, to more permanent etching and marking.

Working with our select group of sub-contract finishing companies to offer you a wider range of specialist finishes.
Alongside our in house finishing department, we also work with a select group of sub-contract finishing companies which enables us to offer a wider range of finishing options including powder coating, zinc plating and electrophoretic (EP) coating.

For parts which a coating is not required, these are generally stainless steel products. We can offer polishing of finished products and weld cleaning using our in house electrochemical cleaning station.
