Franklin’s has its own in house laser cutting facilities, which enable us to produce our exhaust components to extremely high tolerances. With all exhaust cases, flanges and brackets being laser cut to such exacting standards, it give us the starting point we need to go on and produce our high quality exhaust product. The use of computerised nesting software maximises material usage and helps to keep costs down.
We operate CNC bending rollers giving us the ability to produce silencer cases up to 3mm thick and formed to the shape is required. We manufacture skins from 70mm up to 900mm in diameter with lengths of up to 2.5 meters. Many having double layered skins.
On site we have a range of machines such as press brakes and punch presses in short, everything needed to manufacture exhaust components to a very high standard.
